// CHALLENGE
The problem the client faced
Shufflekalafa came to us with a clear problem: their existing WordPress site was slow, visually outdated, and bloated with dozens of conflicting plugins. The result was a site that took 6–8 seconds to load, had poor Core Web Vitals, and potential customers were leaving before they even saw the course offerings.
The course ordering system was another critical failure point — customers had to go through third-party checkouts with foreign branding, which broke trust and reduced conversions. Content management was so technical that any course update required developer intervention.
// APPROACH
How we tackled it
Our first step was a deep audit of the existing site — we identified every plugin, every unoptimized image, and every unnecessary HTTP request. We also conducted user interviews with course buyers to understand exactly where they were dropping off.
We chose Next.js as the framework and Framer for content management. Shufflekalafa gained a tool to update texts, courses, and visuals independently. The new course ordering system is integrated directly into the site — in their colors, in their style.
// SOLUTION
What we built
We built a completely new website from scratch. No templates, no page builders. The design stems from Shufflekalafa visual identity — colorful, energetic aesthetics with smooth animations and scroll effects that match the energy of their courses.
What we delivered
Courses are organized into categories with a dynamic filter. Each course has its own page with a preview video, detailed syllabus, and clear CTAs. The ordering system is embedded directly on the site — no redirects, no third-party branding. Content management via Framer can be handled by the client without any technical knowledge.
// RESULTS
What we achieved
Faster load time
More courses sold
Lighthouse score
Lower bounce rate
The new website became a genuine sales tool. Shufflekalafa can now see exactly how their customers navigate and where they decide to buy. Content management now takes minutes instead of hours.

"We finally have a website that represents us the way we always wanted. Fast, beautiful, and we manage it ourselves. Course sales went up in the very first month after launch."
