What data we process

When you submit the contact form we process your name, email, optionally phone, company name and the text of your message.

To run and measure the site we process a limited set of technical data, such as anonymous traffic statistics.

Purpose and legal basis

We use form data solely to handle your enquiry and to communicate with you afterwards. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share data with

To run the site we use trusted processors: Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content management) and Resend (delivering form emails). We do not share your data with anyone else, nor do we sell it.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle it and start a collaboration, and no longer than our legitimate interest lasts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Just email info@mjdesign.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses no advertising cookies. We measure performance using tools in anonymized mode that do not identify individuals.
