These terms form the general framework for working with Mjdesign on websites, apps and related services.
Provider
Services are provided by Mjdesign, based at Na rybníčku 389/52, 746 01 Opava, Czech Republic, contact info@mjdesign.cz.
Scope of services
We build custom websites, web applications, CRM and reservation systems plus related services. The exact scope, price and timeline are agreed individually in a quote or contract.
Enquiry and order
An enquiry sent via the form is not a binding order — it serves to start a conversation. A binding engagement arises only once both sides approve a quote.
Pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative. The binding price follows from a specific quote based on the project scope.
Intellectual property
Once the price is paid in full, the client receives the rights to use the delivered work within the agreed scope. The studio reserves the right to feature the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
The studio is responsible for delivering the work at the agreed quality. It is not liable for third-party service outages or for content supplied by the client.
Final provisions
The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. These terms are a general framework; specific arrangements in a contract or quote take precedence over this text.
